Thanks for the responses guys, im not so overly hung up about the actual number more about the restriction, the car drives and accelerates very smoothly and feels super strong

As Dan said i will be changing the down pipe, just need to decide on which way to go with it, as for fuel pump what would be the recommended one? I was thinking a walbro any other quality brands out there?

The inlet is an older one, trying to do everything i can not to need to change it!!!

Watch it when the car is on the dyno if you can.

Yer have seen it on the dyno, still no luck, spoken to Troy at PSR and the turbo inlet (stock size) is fine for up to 350kw, unsure about cat position movement
Giving up on her pretty quick

Walbro 460 if you're considering E85. The aeromotive stealth is explicitly not E85 compatible. If you have further pump problems after that is because the thin gauge wire powering the pump is dropping the voltage too much at full draw.

Not asof yet, im thinking of trying a couple of other dynos to check the number to start off with, first change will be the dw300 out and a walbro 460 in. Still also trying to figure out fitment of a 460, from what ive seen they are a hardwore style pump? But tbh i havent looked much into it yet

Nothing special about fitting the 460. Here's mine on a GD pump hanger - https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipP ... NvVkhZOXNn
Hose and clamps as included. Snug fit, isn't going anywhere. Can add a cable tie if you want.

Are you actually getting fuel issues? Or just want to replace the dw300 because of comments in this thread? Before my dw died. It was running about 240 kw on my old TD 05 on e85. (Then it died at barbagallos)
