Nice I had the same car except on white.

My advise leave it stock the difference between stock and 210kw wasn't that noticeable.

Tbh man my foz running 207kw felt quite a bit quicker and more responsive so I probably will be keen to get some mods sorted. I'll be keeping the stocks parts to put it back together if I decided to sell in the future.

It would be Your foz is lighter then your STI.

TBH i wouldn't buy another G3 wrx or sti they feel heavy and they dont feel like they handle as nice as the 03-07 model thats for sure.

They are more comfortable but that comfort comes at a price.

Yeah combination of weight and less power. Stock the sti's are only about 175 at the wheels from what I've heard. Still a very fun car to drive.

I had a VP commodore then a forester so to me the handling of the g3 is pretty insane

I just joined up to forum.wrx.com.au... Looks like the community there is a lot smaller than OzFoz :(

For my first mod I was hoping to do a wing delete and it seems the best way to do it is by buying a wrx trunk. I don't know if any fozzers will have the answer but I am hoping to keep the reverse camera and I'm not sure if any wrx's came with that standard?

Did a boot swap with a WRX boot lid. I like the more subtle look rather than the big wing. I have an STI badge that I'm undecided on whether I'll stick on just yet.

Also started stockpiling parts, picked up a second hand Invidia cat back for cheap cheap and currently trying to source a dump pipe. I've already got a Pierburg BCS but need a CAI and a silicon intake then I'm off for a tune to get back into a 200kw car
I've got some Intima SR pads waiting to be put on, first I need to get some shims, T2 rotors, and possibly HEL braided lines

Added a genuine STI badge and got custom plates. They look sooo much better than the gross yellow NSW plates
