 Post subject: ABS light staying on

i was just driving home and ABS lights come on and has stayed on car still driving fine any idea whats going on? i just got my car from mechanic and had front left hand hub changed and brake pads changed too.

Well, the first thing that pops in mind is something wrong with the front left wheel sensor.

Also, of course the car is going to drive fine with ABS issues. Unless you end up braking really hard or on a slippery surface, then your ABS might fail on that one wheel causing it to lock and make you go on a merry-go-round ride.

Keep in mind with the ABS light on your ABS is disabled.
