So recently I have done a bit of a build, the motor consists of the following
FSTi engine with 0.5mm Mahle forged pistons, Scat rods, ACL Race Bearings, ARP rod bolts and ARP2000 head studs
B25 heads with stock STi cams
PSR headers
Dom 2.5 XTR
PSR inlet
72mm PW CAI
8mm Phenolic spacers
TGV deletes
id1000's with parallel fuel rails
PW TMIC
3inch Invidia TBE

Basically, after many runs on the dyno and 2 half days of tuning, the car doesn't want to make over 230kw, its like its hit a power wall. Car gets to 5680rpm (ish) and the power starts to drop!!! turbo is running 21psi with no engine knock (I think its fine learning) but is getting a restriction knock (feedback knock I think it is) and ideas where to start???

I have now installed a tmic water sprayer for added coolness

Fuel pmp is a dw300, forgot that!

Tuner is stuck for ideas, only thing we put it down to was maybe it was a tlretardly hot day and insane heat soak

Mine made 252kw with a similar setup at 1.4bar (20.5 psi). But i did have extras like e85 and mild cams upgrade and the headers were ELH design. But for the most part the rest of the mods are the same as yours.

The DW300 should be able to supply enough fuel for that power. Especially if using PULP98. But the DW300s have proven to be very common to fail. Although your tuner should be able to see if the fuel supply is running out by the amount of fuel he has to add in the tune.

The dyno room should have some pretty powerfull cooling fans and they should be trying to focus the air on the intercooler aswell as radiator. And they dont usually continuosly bash run after run without giving a bit of time inbetween to cool down. (And make tuning adjustments) So i would think heatsoak of the TMIC be able to be ruled out by giving a few extra mins of cooling time. But if its 35° ambient, the car wont perform as good as if it were 15° ambient, no matter how many fans they have.

250kw on one dyno can be equall to 230kw on another dyno which can be be equall to 270kw on a third dyno. I wouldnt get too hung up on the numbers. And you could always get a power run done at another dyno. Or wait untill the weather cools down a bit if you wanted a big swinging dick dyno graph.

Knock might be a mechanical issue..
Incorrectly torqued knock sensor, rattling heat shields or turbo wastegate hitting the dump splitter for a start....
There are heaps of knock related tuning issues documented on Romraider.

The symptoms point to a restriction in flow. Change out that down pipe to one with a rear cat for better flow, put on a turbo blanket/heat shielding, then we should be able to get the power back past 5500rpm.

For those interested, here's the dyno sheet:

Good solid build list, it should make 250kws with ease on pulp.
Do as Dan said with the down pipe

Words of advice that fuel pump is the biggest piece of $hit on earth ( l went through 3) seen heaps of issues and cause lots of headaches here and overseas
Fueling and injectors will hold you back after 300kws
