Can someone tell me re: the FB(fuse and relay box) and the MB(main fuse box) which one is 12v + from the battery all the time and which one is just 12v switched when the key is on?

It also looks like I can't connect up my OBD connector as I don't see a C10,C3 or a C4 coming out of my ECU from the blue B136 connector.

The OBD K-Line is at C13 (green, black stripe).
The other OBD pins are +12v and ground.

The AT and MT ECUs have both a VSS. Which part number is yours? Most ECUs switch from AT to MT by grounding a pin.

1) So looks like I have the C13 connected to pin 10 on the OBD connector
2) +12v switched looks to be 12 and 13 on the OBD connector which is also C17 and C18 and B27 and VSS pin 2.
3) as for the ground ? What Pin # on the OBD connector?

Ok did some wiki and googling re OBD. Looks like the K-line has to go to the OBD pin #7 but it doesn't show that in the B40 (DLC) data link connector at all.It shows it goes to pin 10 on the OBD connector.

I think the OBD connector 16 is a constant 12v+ and 4 is chassis ground and 5 is sensor ground which connect to the C3 and C4 which is what wires are missing from the ECU. What is signal or ECU ground?

Can I just grab a ground from the outside of the ECU's mounting bracket or does this come from maybe pin #a9,a8,a17 or c17?

Depending on which wiring diagram you read, the pins can be numbered in reverse order. When you keep the locking tab up, the pin #1 is on the top row in Subaru diagrams. Then the K-Line is pin #10 (#7 with the other numbering).

C3 and C4 are the old SSM1, not implemented in this ECU generation, so you don't need to connect them.

Pin 1 (or 16), is constant +12v, pin 13 (or 4) should be connected to a true ECU ground like C17/C18. Avoid the case or mounting bracket.

I'm hoping someone can clarify for me my wiring of the CTS ? Looks like my factory wiring of the RY (red/yellow wire) goes to terminal 1 on the plug to the sensor as opposed to terminal 2 like the wiring diagram is labeled.

And the BR(black/red) wire from the ECU(C28) is going to terminal 2 instead of 1 like the wiring diagram suggests.

Has anyone seen a case like this on cars ? Could someone confirm for me from their car where the actual wire from the ECU(C28) goes to on the sensor ?

(Emmanuel you have an email)
