An idle "stutter" is normally fuelling or airflow (leak) related

Yeah, i thought of that, aswell.
I'll probably remove the IACV and try cleaning it, see if it helps. But according to my mechanic it might aswell be an injector that's "sticky" in the low duty cycle range or an issue with the wiring.

What wonders me is that it's not a consistent stutter. It's not there when the engine is cold and it just happens every now and then. Some times it's more often than others.

get a can of carbie cleaner out and spray it around all the intake piping with the engine idling.
if you've got an air leak, it'll get sucked into the intake and the engine will stutter and rev up
