So good!
Re the fuel system setup, A decent fuel damper on the return line/s and/or pre fpr may be the solution if any fuel hammering occurs during service :)
Radium rails have provision for dampers too ;)
Whilst fpr800 & 1200 have some pressure-side damping capacity, less evident on the return side as the fuel passes the jet pump :)

Thanks bud, yeah I umm'd and ahh'd about a FPD a little bit. Though figured this car never had one from factory, and also I run the fpr800 in my other extremely worked car and ditched the factory damper and it performs really well. My tuner was very impressed with the fpr800 and how the fuel pressure logged against all the other parameters, esp under high load

So I'll see how it goes, should be fine but only one way to find out haha!

Be sure to stay tuned on YT or FB as I'll be getting very close to firing it up soon (might forget to post updates as regularly here)

SO I THOUGHT I BETTER UPDATE THIS WITH SOME MORE PROGRESS ON THE BUILD.

I DESIGNED AND BUILT A CUSTOM LS COIL DRIVER BOX TO ADAPT LS COILS TO RUN FROM THE OEM ECU

https://youtu.be/EsOv9aMarK0

IT ENDED UP NEEDING A LITTLE TWEAKING AFTER TESTING ON THE CAR (WHICH I'LL BE GETTING AROUND TO SOON) TO PULL THE TIMING ON POINT WITH THE ECU'S COMMANDED TIMING VALUE. I WILL END UP POTENTIALLY SELLING THESE IN THE NEAR FUTURE IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED

NEXT UP, I DID AN OIL COOLER SETUP (FOR OBVIOUS REASONS)

https://youtu.be/-AIQUPb5Abw

AND ALSO CHUCKED IN A SPEC-C STI QUICK RACK WHILE I WAS AT IT

SO NEXT UP WAS TO DO AN STI 6 SPEED SWAP TO HANDLE ALL THE POWER AND PUNISHMENT THIS BEAST OF AN ENGINE WILL BE PUTTING ON THE CAR. I PICKED UP A REALLY GOOD QUALITY USED 06 STI DCCD DRIVETRAIN AND THAT WENT STRAIGHT IN AS YOU CAN FOLLOW BELOW

NEXT UP, I HAD TO ADDRESS THE STOPPING POWER. I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO SCORE A SET OF BARELY USED FRONT AND REAR BREMBOS FROM MY GOOD MATES EVO TRACK CAR (HE CHANGED TO AP RACING BRAKES) FOR NEXT TO NOTHING. SO I DECIDED TO DO A CUSTOM BRAKE SETUP USING THEM.

FRONT USING A 350MM EVO X ROTOR, CUSTOM CNC'd BRAKE ADAPTER BRACKET AND THE EVO 4 POT CALIPER
REAR USING THE STI REAR ROTOR BUT CUSTOM FITTING THE EVO CALIPER

ALL I CAN SAY IS THEY PULL UP INSANELY WELL... LIKE WOW...

IT WAS GETTING CLOSE TO TURN-KEY TIME FOR THIS BUILD SO I DECIDED TO MAKE MY OWN ENGINE PRE-OILER/PRIMER TO LUBRICATE ALL THE FRESH BEARINGS AND CONTACT SURFACES FOR THAT FIRST START PERIOD.

THEN IT WAS THE LAST FEW THINGS TO CHECK/PREP BEFORE FIRST START
