About 16 years ago the little country town I like to call my second home hosted a hillclimb event.

Back then it was pretty casual affair

Here's a sample from back then, '79 Gemini, stuffed full of boosted 2.6 Rodeo engine.

But as with most fun things in Tassie during the 90's and 00's it was shut down by the petty complaints of a couple of people.

Fast forward 15 years and one of the local car clubs has resurrected the event, with it's re-birth being run as a time limited "Regularity"
Nominate a time not faster that 80 seconds and try to be as close to that time as possible

This years joint winner, piloting a his wife's shopping trolley SH9 XT Forester, Auto.
Complete with kiddie seat (Recaro) and probably the shopping too.
TH Tuned, some sticky Semi-slick rubber, coilovers and a bit-o'-skill on the wheel and loud pedal

Incidentally, the same pilot as the Gemini.. :D

Breed Specific Legislation (BSL) kills innocent dogs, stop this Bull Sh!t Law. Punish the deed, not the breed!!!
