Hi all,

I'm new to Forester ownership and was keen to hear people's thoughts on the limitations I'm likely to encounter off-road with a 2012 Forester Diesel (6sp Manual). I just picked up a 2" lift and will be getting it installed alongside some AT's with an alignment, but wondering if there's anything else I'm likely to have issues with outside of clearance? A few things which concern me are the lack of a low range gear and no diff lock. In retrospect, I maybe should have got an auto, but too late now and don't feel like selling up

Thanks for the replies. As best as I can tell, provided Im good with picking my line and managing the clutch well in first gear and don't go crazy on steep descents, I should be ok
