When I called for a quote re the timing belt at Boxer Service, the lady on the phone would have to have been the rudest person I have ever spoken to! I'd avoid like the plague.

Wow, not my experience. That's for sure.

clutch they installed was OK, and a legend for free code resets

but they then forgot to plug my knock sensor back in, and ignored the error code on the dash

$300 for 100,000k service at Graeme Stuart Automotive compared to $1390 at SubiTek in Nerang.

What a joke at $1390!

The 100k service on a SH is a big one. I'd be digging into that pricing a bit deeper.

Edit: I was wrong. 100k is not as big as I had thought. I have added correct details as per the Maintenance Schedule in my post below.

I'm picking up my new* SH today which has just done over 100k (101,500km to be exact) - I know it's up to date with the servicing history but I haven't read the logbook for what's required in the 100km service. I was told the timing belt/ major service was at 120km?

Instead of one big service at 100 000, they spread it over over 3 services.
Apart from the usual oil and filter then;
100 000: Brake fluid.
112 500: Spark plugs, Air filter, Transmission & diff oils.
125 000: Fuel filter, Cam belt (you should probably do waterpump and coolant here, too)

Intervals H, I and J on the attached picture.
