Hey all, just considering buying an 04 foz with an ej257 STI motor swap but would have to bring it back for an ID inspection at my local cop shop and just wondering if there would be a change of not getting defected for it? I know the STI ej257 engine is the same cubic capacity as stock engiNe. Any help would be appreciated :) cheers

You'll be fine, so long as the engine number change is registered with RTA.
Still an EJ25, which is what they care about.

Yeah I'd have to ask the fella to register it with the new engine number and hopefully all goes well :) thanks for the advice!
