My bet that it is the resistor you need (from Jaycar...)

nah its not there, there is an alternate 3 wire o2 sensor that i had a link to on the other forum but cant fond. $99 from jaycar or similar.

I am 99% certain that Jaycar does not and has not ever sold any form of vehicular oxygen sensor. Supercheap/Repco/Autobarn/Bursons yes, but Jaycar no. I also doubt that any other similar places (Dick Smith/Radio Parts/Altronics) have or do sell them either. (There are kits to _interface_ to oxygen sensors, but no actual oxygen sensors).
