Hi All,

I just got a 2015 Forester XT and love the car so far, only thing that bothering me a little, is theres a creeking noise when going over bumps.
It sounds a bit like leather rubbing together.

I have tried to eliminate things to narrow down where the sound is coming from , by:
- Taking out everything from the boot (including Foam etc)
- Putting rear seats down

But its still there.
Has anyone else got this issue?

Probably the chassis flexing. Have had it with every wagon car I've owned. Maybe someone can shed some light in how to eliminate it. Bugs the **** out of me too.

Probably the rear hatch. Standard fix on the earlier models is to wrap a length of electrical cable around the rear door striker.

I've found the problem, very easy fix..
the creek was coming from the door seals - used some leather cleaner and wallah - quiet enough to enjoy the sound of the turbo.
