 Post subject: Painting rear STi Wing

hi there
i'm going to paint a rear wing and i was wondering how long i should wait to spray the clear over the base ?

Flash time or Touch Dry or Hard Dry ?

1K Valspar Acrylic is solvent, as soon as its touch dry.

Also depends on what temp is on the day what solvent you should use. If it cool the general purpose solvent should be okay.
