I use Sonax wheel cleaner.

When I received my CE28's they had a LOT of brake dust on them. This was the only product I could (easily) find that would shift it but not harm the paint. All of the stuff at superautoco wouldn't budge it.

I use the Turtle Wax Tire & Wheel cleaner.

http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/Product/Turtle-Wax-Tire-Wheel-Cleaner-681mL/357286

I had a few months of solid brake dust on my hyper black wheels from my brembos, so much my mate of mine had thought my wheels where a matt colour, He got a big suprise when he saw the shine.
