So I bought some maximum legal blue lights from a store and fitted them in my SF. Turned em on and they look just as yellow as the factory :(

Why is this??

How can I fix? :/

Cheers

You cant.
Blue isn't even a legal light colour on a private car.
Red and blue lights are reserved for emergency vehicles.
Lots of people get booked for those blue led numberplate lights and blue HIDs for this reason

What are they? How clear are the lenses?

I run the following, nice white colour.

Philips Xtreme Vision headlights and parkers
Narva Arctic Blue foglights

Likely your plastic headlight lenses have yellowed age, making it more noticable.

Not that kind of blue. Very-low-colour-temperature-white blue.
See this: http://cdn3.craftsy.com/blog/wp-content ... r-temp.jpg
"Blue" headlights would be somewhere between 6000K and 7000K.

7000K will look like this compared to a normal ~3500K bulb: http://www.tdamotorsports.com/images/Nokya/NK-W-S1.jpg

I would suggest, like others, that the lens of your headlights is the actual problem and make need re-polishing to get the yellow out.

Either that or they've sold you the wrong headlights! :-)

I did a comparison when I changed my globes. It's more of a marketing hype.
