U don't need to change reo just slightly modify the standard one.
Standard headlights r the same.

Are there any photos of a reo/modified reo?

I will only need a front bar, grill and inner wheel guards? That's all?

on the 06-07 forester, to change the front bar to the STI front bar all you need is the bar and the wheel arches, you can use your stock grill or change it to a DIY mesh one or an STI one.

undo the clips along the bottom
undo the clips on the side corners (top side corners of the front bar just behind the wheel arch)
undo the 6 clips along the top and start from one side and peel it off.

then reverse to install

Wow that's too easy. I thought I had to replace *everything* to get the STI front bar on. I'll source the wheel arches from Japanparts and try find an STI bumper somewhere and I'll be good to go then!
