Anyone Running 19x9.5 +38 Rota Grid's on their SH Foz, looks like a lot of people are shying away from 19 inch wheels, I'm wondering why???? Im just about to buy a set of Rota Gris R's for my Foz in 18's, but now thinking 19's would look a hell of a lot better and tyres aren't much more.

I found the required tyre size for 19" (to be legal) is frigging expensive, due to the odd size (doesn't have the manufacturing volume to get the price down assumedly)

Also 19" in the size tend to be expensive for the required load rating. Achillles seem to have lots of options, but i would prefer to get a better-quality 18 and be confident in the ability of the tyres

Personal preference but I'd rather have a more meaty tyre on the wheel compared to the rubber band look with a low profile tyre. I don't mind the look of the stock XT 17's but that leaves alot to be desired in the sidewall flex when cornering hard. An 18" with a 40 (or 45?) profile tyre would be the most suitable option on the SH and keep the speedo calibration within range.

Here is a comparison of stock S-Edition wheel/tyre to a 19" in those specs (using 235)
