Do XT lux have the option of heated seats? Notice not listed in ads etc...
Was standard in GT lux - use mine all winter!

Wasn't an option on the ADM XT Lux.

I fitted aftermarket (eBay) seat heaters to my leather WRX seats in the Forester.
They work a treat and get used all through winter.

Darn. Will definitely need to look at aftermarket options when the time comes. Just can't go back to cold seats!

Can this be done on a SH? It's just additional wiring right?

Same same.
The seat heaters should come with a wiring loom and switches, you just have to hook it up to a suitable power source.

Taking the skins off the seats to fit the heat pads is a bit more invloved but not too difficult.

The USDM SH had a seat heater option. I dare say you could find the part numbers and go oem but it'll probably be an expensive exercise. Fitting the oem heater switches and loom (if needed) and using aftermarket heat pads would probably be a good idea.
