Hi all

I have a quick question regarding reasonable price for labor..

I need to remove coilovers and install stock suspension.

I have a strut bar and a rear strut brace.

My mechanic is saying it would be around 4 hours work. so $400 dollars to do, on top of that another $165 to finish the RWC (I've already paid him $165 to complete an initial assessment).

I'm not sure if this sounds correct so I thought I would get a 2nd opinion.

Thanks for your time :)

Labour rate sounds about right at $100 an hour. However I can do a suspension swap in my backyard in 2 hours. Should be even quicker with a lift. SG suspension is easy to swap thanks to the easily accessible rear strut mounts.

I don't suppose a wheel alignment is included in that price?

Try Reade at pedders south Melbourne. Not sure of his pricing but he's been Good to ozfozers in the past.

Edit:- Sorry.... My bad. Reade has started his own thing, Hakon Performance.
