Hi anyone who is interested,
Just got my 2010 sh xt tuned by Matt after installing a vf46 and xforce dump and nameless cat. No cat back, muffler, inlet, intercooler or Cai as yet.
So happy with the result, there is smooth and strong power LOW down (pretty much same as td04) and pushes right up through the rev range , no lag and perfect for commuting. The thing absolutely rips now

Good result.

If i could only have three mods it would be a VF46, dump pipe and tune

Yep I am stoked, should keep me happy power-wise for some time..

Also I forgot to mention he installed the Grimmspeed 3 port BCS at time of tuning. Not sure on effect on performance, but power is smoother and stronger than with the tuned TD04 so maybe this also played into it :)

I know you weren't being super-specific....but it's not just the top-end power. It's the responsiveness in "any gear any time" makes it a great setup. I can't remember if yours is auto or manual, but if it's auto, don't forget to have some fun with manual gear changes well before the redline and holding (eg) 3rd gear and medium revs up some twisty mountain roads.

This setup lends itself to making good use of the midrange rather than redlining it a lot, since the turbo and boost are beyond peak efficiency by the readline.

Yes good point I'll have to take it up nebo or Tamborine some time:) it's an auto, iI find with the selector is sports (non manual) it shifts pretty nicely so leave it in that for 90% of the time, just use he manual mode for downshifting. Honestly don't think I want any more power until I make the suspension less ummm ... boaty :p
