Can the S-Edition's DSC be 'flashed' on and off at will??? For drag nights, I don't want to have to worry about stomping on the brakes while stalling up and setting the DSC off. I'd rather have it off completely, stomp on the left pedal and right at the same time and off I go...

Yes, can be bypassed. There is a Calculated Engine Torque limiter table that engages and shuts the throttle/retards timing. Can be safely bypassed by a quick tune tweak :)
