XT_for_me, would you be able to give an indication of how low these can go?

I've done some measuring and 31s are not going to fit without tearing **** up so clearance to the spring is not so much an issue for me now.

I take it those spring rates are in lbs/inch with 180 being front and 220 rear.

For interests sake here's some other spring rates.

KINGS (raised)
Are apparently about 25% stiffer than originals (front 148lb, rear 140lb)
front (KSFR-32) 185lb
rear (KSRR-33) 175lb

Dobinsons -
front (25mm raise C55-044) 250lb
rear (30mm raise C55-045) 215lb

The coil overs seem to have a much stiffer rear spring by comparison unles they are listed r/f.

I'm still interested in combining these with lift blocks as the spring rates seem like a good mid point IMHO.

If you can give me overall length at highest setting compared to stock that would be great.

Cheers, Seanan.

PS admin if you wish to move my posts to off road I won't mind as most of this is probably irrelevant to the low crew.

Hi mate, Australian backed warranty for replacement/repair? And will they need to be removed and returned for assessment or is there a local place in Melbourne that they could be taken to? Cheers :drinks:

There is a local place just out of Melbourne (40 minutes) they can be taken to, will that be OK?

That sounds ok mate, but say if a customer was to have any trouble with them, would it be as simple as driving to the workshop to get them checked out? Or actually having to remove them then take them out there? Just trying to suss out what the customer gets for their money. If you have any other relevant info that would be great! :D

EDIT: Are there any camber plates available for these coils?

We will check them in situ before asking to remove them. The units are pillow ball with camber plates for the front only.

Well the March special of $999 on Kido Racing coilovers was a big hit with many Subie owners so we are going to do another special in May, this time BRAKES. I don't know what the deal will be yet, but if you have been thinking about those little 4 pot Bembos, in might be time to upgrade your thinking to something a whole lot more serious.
