I think no on the dump....the cat back will fit with the addition of a 30mm spacer ...but the current dumps wont fit Foz SH

When Im back in Perth I will put a photo up of the mod that needs to be done to fit the WRX exhaust to the SH. It took me all of 1hr all up and fits perfectly and sounds horn ;-). All hangers fit exactly the same.The mod I did was weld a 30mm section from the cat flange back. I was surprised it was that easy.

So a 30mm spacer would fix the issue? i know TCP comes with a few spacers to help with fitments

Yes it would work perfectly. I opted for welding a spacer though but can't see why a bolt on spacer would be any different.
