while installing a silicone intake, i took the hose that connects the power steering res to the pump off and cant seem to get all the air out.
is it likely that when the hose was removed and the seal broken, and now the hose just needs to be replaced?
hoping to fix this myself rather than take it to a mechanic

Replacement o-ring required. If you can, find a o-ring that is slightly thicker.

also remove the clamp and replace with a tightenable hose clamp if it hasn't already been replaced

Jack it up and slowly turn the wheels lock to lock x 10/20 can also help bleed out air
