A workmate offered me the car, and for some reason I didn't turn it down.

I haven't seen it yet, I pick it up this weekend. Apparently it has 200k on the car and a WRX engine with 50k on it.

Rough plans:
Get it running - I've been told it's a fuel issue, possibly the pump
Renew the rego
Manual conversion - already have this lined up
Swap all the good parts from the other Foz
Basic mods like intercooler and exhaust
Probably some cosmetic stuff

Thanks mate. For $1500 it seems like a good starting point.

I'm still not sure if I like that much white. Gut feeling is I'd prefer 2 tone, but I won't make any changes just yet.

Thats a sweet find mate.
I think the white looks good on that model. With the dark tint makes a nice contrast.
Its a pretty neat lookin ride already! !!

Unfortunately it only came with one key. It looks like a spare key with a separate fob for the central locking.

I'd like to programme a pair of these keys to it, if possible:

Will be reading with anticipation :)

Can you describe how it doesnt start? Is the starter working? Is its turning over and then dying? Really intrested :)

Also if fuel pump get the dw200 pump. Best upgrade so you can get ready for e85 ;)

Really? Both of my NA SFs have two of the keys like I posted above?

It cranks but doesn't fire. Previous owner said it died while running, and there's no fuel to the rail.

I picked up the manual donor car yesterday, which I did have running a couple of times. The nearest servo with E85 is nearly 100km away, so that's not practical for me.
