Thats actually a pretty good price considering its already painted OEM quality and shipped across the pacific.

Which website did you get it from again? I might get one if I can get it for that price

Suabru Genuine Parts @ https://www.subarugenuineparts.com/. Shipping was about 11 days via Seattle/San Fran/Dubai - bloody front grill has gone to more O/S destinations than I have haha.

Worth the sacrifice for the extra street cred! It's very easy to install, no need to remove the bumper but you will need to loosen it on both sides to get enough access to the screws on the side and bottom of the grill. A short phillips and a flat head is all you need.

I have to take mine off anyway to fix my clips on the left side and realign the front bar.

Small update - STi badge rocked up so put that on the best I could. It's not straight and it's bothering me but that's how it sits due to the arrangement of the mesh and where the threaded bolts are placed on the badge. I may look for a smaller badge as I think it's a little too big and it's not pink. Washed the car yesterday and just took a few photos with my phone. The photos of the wheels show how it sits with the MY08 struts. I think the rears have settled a little since being installed. They seem to sit lower, maybe a cm or so lower as I could get 2 fingers between the tyre and arch but now I can only get 1.

Won't be an update on this for a while as we're looking at purchasing property shortly. The next things on the "to-do" list are a set of mufflers, front sway bar, fit the dump pipe and get a tune.

Is that grass Sir Walter? The Green green grass of home!
Makes a great contrast for the photos!
Cheers Al

Couldn't tell you! It's the in-laws house so I'll ask them next time I'm over there. If it looks familiar then I say go with the heart and believe it's Sir Walter! :ok:

Quick update - my radiator blew this morning. The seam at the top, near the top pipe, has cracked and is allowing coolant to leak from there. Got the car back home with a few stops and top ups along the way - the battery also didn't like the whole ordeal so I think I'm up for a new battery as well.

Anyone got an alloy rad lying around, or can recommend a brand/site to get one FAST and relatively cheap?
