Yep that is correct mate - car got ploughed into by an idiot on her phone, lives in the same street and she has no insurance  Luckily I do...

So f*cked off but what can you do - whats done is done. Unfortunately the car is 99% sure to be a write off, due to bent chassis where she hit the rear wheel (and the front wheel has moved as well). Not to mentioned the 6x panels...

Part-out list will be posted soon - spent last night stripping off all the parts which are easily removed - the other stuff (dump, turbo, inlet, headers, intercooler, brakes, wheels) will come off after insurance assessment (if the price to buy back the wreck is economical).

Its been awesome to be involved in such a great community, thanks to everyone who sold me parts (and especially those who supplied me stock parts after the accident). I now have a Totyota Rav4 cruiser, so no cars/mods for me for a while. :waves:

It is a shame indeed.
The moment I saw your post I started tearing up :(

I still have so many stock parts I would have offered you everything I had if we were in the same state.

Hopefully you get everything off or at least can buy it post insurance to get your hard earned dosh back.

What’s next. Maybe a sti?

**** thats what I was fearing for you when looking at that back wheel. Cost to jig the chassis and straighten it alone would almost outweigh the cost of the car itself.
Terrible news man, feel for you.

If you're desperate I have a spare midpipe, just not sure on logistics getting it to you.

Clay,

I have almost all the stock parts that you could sling back on if you are interested. Let me know and I can dig around for what you need.

Shattered to see a journey end this way.

That's terrible news mate! I have no sympathy for morons who think they can get away with talking on the phone while driving - I hope the cops lay the smack down on her considering she had no insurance as well.
