Mod and Tune update from dyno day in march
running e85 with 25psi of boost
3inch hi-tech diff back
72mm version of the process west CAI
3bar map sensor.

still running the id1000s but being fed from a 460lph walbro F90000267. rest of fuel system untouched

now on the day that was a little be of a let down to only make 255kw with the swap to ethanol and the raise of boost by another 4psi but through out the day it was found out that the dyno was reading about 25-30kw down which would make my 255kw be around the 280kw mark i was expecting. but couldnt be that disappointed considering the car did the 255kw run with a leaking set of headers and came 3rd in the awd class on the day only to be beaten by a 480kw territory and a 330kw evo.

update time
so not the weekend that just passed but the one before, i pulled the perrrin headers off the car cut out the shocking fix that the exhaust shop had done and proceeded to fix them up on my own accord. now i tough my self to tig weld so i could undertake this project instead of paying someone else to fix them i took the money that i was going to spend and bought a cheap welder and a bottle of argon gas for shielding and purging. This means i now have the welder for life and can use it to tackle other porjects as they come up

anyways some photos from the day
this is the first part cutout and its replaement tacked in place

My mistake. Its a water trap used in the argon back purging process.... nothing to see here, move along.
