Painfully slow process doing the W2A brackets. No direct science in it other than make a cut, fit, alter drawing, cut again and repeat. Will make the final pieces from 14mm waterjet cut ally.

Nice bracket. Final or mock-up?

EDIT - question asked before your original post had the description added

Water reservoir mock up for the intercooler. Took an entire day just to design the base ensuring even clearance. If you are wondering why the odd shape, thats due to the fog light.

Thanks Jonp. Probably seems a waste of time from most people’s point of view, but by trial fitting it first, means there is no guess work when it comes to sending off the file to be laser cut and folded. I worked out that the sides can be made in three sections to limit the amount of welds.
The CAD drawing states the volume is 11.7Ltr

where is the heat exchanger in relation to that fluid reservoir (behind the bumper)?

Does the layout have an exit path for the air post heat exchanger?

(nice looking design btw).

An extra 12kg on the driver front side is going to ruin your handling - best you go slow with that extra weight :)

You mean balance the car out.. all you unrefined SH owners have the washer bottle on the passenger side upsetting the vehicles chakra... pfft, savages
Yowie, the w2a radiator is in front of the a/c condenser behind the bumper. I’ll be making a much better seal either side of the radiator to prevent air spilling down the sides.
