Are you still using standard motor internals? Cause if your chasing KW's the most you can punch out of a standard motor is 200-210kw safe as the 2.5's are prone to ring failure. I know you are keen to be an individual and your work is second to none but dude you might be wasting your time on the water to air install. But I admire your determination to try something new I wish I had as much time and the skill you do, #shedlife.

Intercooler was perfectly fine :ok:
It is now performing flawlessly on another SH.
