Waterjet cut the fan mounts for the W2A radiator. They are currently with the welder to become a more permanent part of the furniture. Due to the end tanks being higher than the core, the fans have a 5.6mm gap beneath them. I’ll need to fabricate spacers with a foam base to run around the circumference of the fans to create a tight seal (puller fans).

We have a collection of 3mm and 5mm here. The 5mm tabs are tapped M6 to allow the radiator to screw in place (a standard M6 nut is 5mm thick, hence choosing the 5mm ally)
