Master plan: JDM STI all the things, add some performance.

I purchased the car in August 2018. It already had a Process West cold air intake, and a 3" catback.
What I was really looking or was a white manual, but I ended up with silver (01G) instead.

This photo was taken only minutes after I purchased it, at a BP in Queenbeyan.

Boys and girls, aways remember that when replacing your aircon compressor, to also change the O-rings. That's $150 in leaked refrigerant I won't be getting back.

The Foz spent a bit of time on the hoist yesterday and today, and all oils have been drained, replaced with new stuff, and all belts (aside from timing belt) were also replaced.

Spotted some seepage of coolant from the radiator drain plug. Tightened it slightly. It moved with little resistance for a millimeter or so. Will continue to monitor this over the next couple of days.

That did not go to plan.

Idling in the school car park, waiting to pick up Miss Seven, and one of the school mums tells me there's a puddle of coolant under the car.
Back at the workshop we pulled the drain plug, where it was leaking from, only to find there wasn't an O-ring. Not one stuck in the radiator where the plug goes in either, that we could see.

Ordered some new hoses for the cooling system yesterday, that got put on today. Also made sure a new O-ring found it's way on to the radiator drain plug. The radiator itself seems to be in good condition, and we weren't able to find any other leaks (famous last words?).

Good luck with the gremlin-chasing. Hopefully you've gotten to the bottom of the issues for a while.

At this point I'm more afraid it'll just roll over and die.

Thanks. I'm pretty certain the turbo is about to go bang, but other than that, my fingers are crossed.
As soon as things stop breaking, I can get to modifying.
