Invidia's give a nice growl and don't drone, I'd say you would be happy with it unless you're after something obnoxious

Bear in mind too that exhaust noise is very "ear of the beholder" and also hard to describe in words.

As such, recommendations about what sounds good or is too loud or too quiet are pretty unhelpful at the end of the day.

If the Invidia option is not to your liking you can try to sell it as-is (probably taking a hit on the price - guess how i know about that sort of thing) then explore the custom-made options.

FYI I went from a "too loud for me" x-force system to keeping the Xforce dump pipe then having a custom-made mid section and muffler section in mild steel for "sporty but quiet".

Holy crap your build is awesome dude.
Let’s see what happens, I ordered the Q300 exhaust today, with titanium tips.
I’m not into anything over the top, your exhaust definitely sounds like you put a lot of work and thought into it.
Nice ride by the way.

haha, cheers very much.

I'd take a nice-sounding stainless option over my mild steel cat-back section any day for the durability/look/weight.

Mine is what it is however and the budget has run out for endless experimentation.

Also should have mentioned yesterday that because your Forester has the new FA engine they run equal length headers so you won't get the typical boxer growl as you would running an EJ.
