Tired of all the paint fade and chips. So bonnet and scoop is wrapped in Avery black carbon fibre wrap, Next on list is front bar, rear bar and rear spoiler

Looked all over the outside for the big sticker I assumed would be there saying "If I'm traveling in the right lane, pull out in front of me and do less than the speed limit for no discernible reason."

It must be there somewhere based on how the week has gone so far.

Not my car and Sunday (not today - so that's a thread post failure before we start)...

... but helped my wife's cousin change the oil in his 2011 Corolla.

All the frigging around getting a jack under it, unscrewing the OEM plastic cap (with special tool) on the paper-type filter, etc made me appreciate the ease of changing the oil in a standard-height forester with Fumoto drain valve & screw-on filter.

Recondition long motor
fit injectors, fuel pump etc supplied

h-beam forged conrods - h-tuff boost plus

Cometic head gasket
xp performance conrod bearings
xp performance main bearings
top & bottom hoses
top, side and bottom PCV hose assembly
genuine drain hose

genuine oil pick up


Recondition long motor
• Dismantle long motor
• Hot tank and clean
• Torque plate bore and hone
• Surface block deck
• Crack test crankshaft
• Linish/grind crankshaft and wash
• Assemble and align pistons to rods
• Final clean block and parts
• Assemble long motor
• Set valve timing
• Dismantle cylinder head
• hot tank and clean
• blast and report
• check hardness, thickness, straightness
• pressure test
• cut seats
• face valves
• surface
• wash
• set valve protrusions
• fit valve stem seals
• assemble
• Supply complete rebuild kit
• forged pistons and ring set
• H-tuff boost plus conrods
• XP performance conrod bearings
• XP performance main bearings
• thrust washers
• MLS-R performance head gaskets
• complete engine gasket set
• timing kit
• head bolt kit
• water pump
• Balance complete assembly
• Set comp to suit E85 9.0:1 (your choice)
